Haute cuisine meets comfort food!. Like only the finest chefs, Michael takes no shortcuts but insists on preparing everything in house including his famous sauces, fresh Artisan breads, pastas, pates, and delectable desserts. Deerhill Open House Dinners are scheduled throughout the year and are open to the public as well as our Inn guests. These five course dinners highlight the best that Vermont has to offer paired with wines from our award winning wine list. Special dining packages are available for Inn guests.

The Deerhill wine cellar offers an impessive selection of New World wines - earning the coveted Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for twelve straight years. Varietals hail from some of America's finest vineyards as well as the Southern Hemishpere - South America, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa.
